Human Rights at Porsche & in our Supply Chains

No Porsche sports car comes into being without the people who build and design it. That is why, at Porsche, people are at the heart of everything we stand for.

We consider respect for human rights a key pillar of responsible corporate governance. Our aspiration is that human rights should be respected both in our group companies and by our business partners. Porsche's corporate responsibility does not end at our factory gates. Our clear objective is: our products should be produced without human rights violations. As a manufacturer of premium products we are rightly held to a very high standard. Our customers want to be able to identify unequivocally with Porsche.

As part of its sustainability strategy, Porsche is committed to sustainable development in the areas of environment, society as well as responsible corporate governance and strives to ensure social and environmental sustainability along the supply chain.

Privacy Information

If you contact us in relation with Business & Human Rights at Porsche or report a complaint through the available channels, we will process the related personal data in order to handle the complaint and, if necessary, draw consequences. Internally at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, this is the responsibility of the Business & Human Rights office, which has established rules of procedure for complaint procedures to protect the interests concerned. The available information is consolidated there and the complaint is investigated. If necessary, the relevant departments are involved. Depending on the location in the supply chain, the complaint may be transferred to the processes for the internal whistleblowing system (in the case of complaints concerning Porsche) or processed as part of the processes for the Supply Chain Grievance Mechanism or the Business Partner Check (in the case of complaints concerning suppliers). Personal data is only transferred to other companies in the Porsche Group, to business partners or to the authorities as required by law.
