Specialists at the M²OLIE research campus in Mannheim are seeking to revolutionize treatment for patients with multiple metastases by using artificial intelligence and cutting-edge robotics. Experts from Porsche Consulting are helping medical personnel make these life-saving treatments available to as many patients with advanced cancer as possible. “We have launched over 150 projects at hospitals,” says healthcare expert Dr. Roman Hipp, Senior Partner at Porsche Consulting. “We are also working together with leading medical technology and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. All of these projects place a focus on people and make improvements on that basis. This conviction will also guide our work with M²OLIE.”

The M²OLIE research campus is home to nearly 100 specialists from a wide range of fields in medicine, physics, (radio) chemistry, biology, business administration, IT, and engineering. Their work is made possible by intensive cooperation among 24 partners from science and industry, including Mannheim and Heidelberg Universities, Mannheim University Medical Centre, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Carl Zeiss Meditec, KUKA Robotics, Maquet, and Siemens Healthineers, as well as more partners from the states of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, and Hesse.
