Climbing the ladder Youth

Porsche continues to expand its successful and sustainable youth development programme in international motorsport. For the 2019 season, five Young Professionals will receive support in international GT racing. Two Porsche Juniors receive training to become professional racing drivers in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, which runs as support to Formula 1.

As Porsche Young Professionals, Mathieu Jaminet (France), Denis Olsen (Norway), Matt Campbell (Australia), Thomas Preining (Austria) and Matteo Cairoli (Italy) compete in high-class racing series and at prestigious individual events. Porsche Juniors Julien Andlauer (France) and Jaxon Evans (New Zealand) receive comprehensive support and training. The two youngsters drive the 911 GT3 Cup in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup in 2019. Andlauer demonstrated his qualities with two victories at the final round of the last season’s Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup in Mexico City. Evans successfully came through a trial in autumn 2018, defeating ten drivers from around the world in the process.
