Porsche wins Teams’ and Manufacturers’ World Championship in Formula E

Porsche has a complete collection of Formula E titles: The provisional results of the final race of the season on Sunday evening in London mean that the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer can celebrate as the new Teams’ and Manufacturers’ World Champion.

After winning the Drivers’ Championship with factory driver Pascal Wehrlein last year, the two other Formula E titles go to Weissach for the first time. Both Porsche customer teams in Formula E, Andretti Formula E and Cupra Kiro, played a big role in the success for the manufacturers’ standings; picking up significant championship points for the brand. Porsche and the factory TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team would also like to congratulate Nissan driver Oliver Rowland on being crowned the new Drivers’ World Champion of the all-electric race series.

Porsche in Formula E

2024/2025 saw Porsche contest its sixth Formula E season. In addition to the factory TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team, American customer team Andretti Formula E entered the highly efficient Porsche 99X Electric of the latest GEN3 Evo generation. With the addition of Cupra Kiro, this season was the first time that a second Porsche customer team entered the series; they used the 99X technology of the previous GEN3 generation. Formula E gives the brand valuable insights for its production sports cars.
