Popcorn and beaming faces in the “Curzon Soho” cinema in London: Porsche has presented a total of six young advertising film talents with the coveted Porsche Award. An international jury made up of six advertising film experts chose three award winners each in the “Mobility” and “Classical/Other Formats” categories. They received an exclusively designed trophy and prize money between €3,911 and €1,911.

The Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg has been hosting the non-profit competition since 2004 – meanwhile in cooperation with the National Film and Television School. Porsche has been the event’s main sponsor from the very beginning. “With the Porsche Award, we have been promoting young advertising film talents for 16 years now,” explains Oliver Hoffmann, Director Marketing Communications at Porsche. “The creativity and high standard of the awarded films give us the confidence that early support of younger staff in moving image marketing is of benefit for both sides.”
