Last held at the famed Monterey Peninsula racetrack in 2015 and drawing nearly 60,000 visitors, Porsche Rennsport Reunion is the world’s largest gathering of vintage and recent Porsche race cars, as well as those who have designed, engineered, and driven them to victory in the world’s most famous sports car races. Hosted by PCNA, Rennsport Reunion VI will again feature the widest variety of historic racing Porsche competition models in the company’s 70-year history.
Studio F. A. Porsche (of Porsche Design fame) in Zell am See, Austria, continued its evolution of the Rennsport Reunion theme, incorporating the world famous Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca “Corkscrew” turn into the official logo for 2018.
“By prominently incorporating the “Corkscrew” into the refreshed design, the feeling of motion and speed will carry the memories of this Rennsport Reunion far into the future,” said Klaus Zellmer, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America. “We thank our colleagues at Studio F.A. Porsche for their contribution to what promises to be the best Rennsport gathering to-date.”
Beginning October 18, 2017, ticket packages, along with options for camping and hospitality, are available directly from Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (Fon: +1 831-242-8200 or online at www.mazdaraceway.com). General Admission & paddock access is free for children 15 years and under with a paying adult.
“We are so delighted to be at this juncture in our preparations for Porsche Rennsport Reunion VI,” said Gill Campbell, General Manager of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. “Being able to launch ticket sales this early, and to welcome all the Porsche fans worldwide to get their tickets and join us for this phenomenal event, is very gratifying.”
