PORSCHESportwagenschmiede 2035The strategic pillar “Enterprise & Operations” strengthens our operational performance and global value chain. Through an efficiently structured development organization, resilient production and supply networks, and a deliberately optimized sales organization, we enhance competitiveness, speed, and flexibility over the long term.
We fundamentally rethink vehicle development and align our development organization to be more efficient, focused, and partnership-driven. We aim to achieve shorter development cycles and make more effective use of synergies and digital technologies.
At the same time, we further evolve our production and supply structures to ensure competitiveness and resilience, even under volatile conditions. A lean cost structure, greater flexibility, and clearly prioritized investments form the foundation of a robust and future-proof business model.
We deliberately reflect regional market requirements in our approach. In the United States, our most important single market, we reinforce our position through a tailored powertrain strategy and a focused derivatives portfolio. In China, we consolidate our presence with an offering of emotionally engaging combustion-engines and a BEV experience more closely tailored to local market needs—consistently guided by the principle of value over volume and the commitment to preserving brand exclusivity.
In addition, we optimize our global sales structure to unlock potential in growth markets more effectively and to strengthen the international presence of the Porsche brand over the long term.
The “Products & Technology” strategic pillar aligns the product portfolio and the technological base toward ensuring Porsche’s long-term competitiveness and attractiveness.
We are committed to an attractive and flexible product portfolio of high-performance internal combustion engines, efficient plug-in hybrids and all-electric vehicles. We strengthen our driver-focused offering in the higher segments and bring the sportiest vehicles to all Porsche-relevant segments.
At the same time, we streamline our future portfolio, reduce complexity, and further expand our individualization offering and the Exclusive Manufaktur. In parallel, we aim to balance supply and demand within a value-oriented approach.
As a pioneer of electromobility, we have taken a market leading position with the first 800V sports car, the Taycan. However, our market expectations have not materialized. Because of that we are recalibrating the ramp up of our BEV models and the offering of combustion engines—in line with a slowed transformation and the preferences of our customers.
Innovative vehicle concepts, key technologies, and even more sports car DNA in the iconic Porsche design form the foundation for attractive products and strengthen the competitiveness of the Porsche brand in the market.
The “Brand & Customer” strategic pillar focuses our actions on strengthening brand value, exclusivity, and long-term customer relationships. By expanding into new target groups, developing tailor-made community formats, and delivering a connected and personalized customer journey, we are laying the foundation for sustainable, value-driven growth.
We consistently align our actions with the needs of our customers and bring their personal dream car to life. We sharpen Porsche’s positioning between Sport Luxury and Sport Premium.
The strategic objectives serve as a benchmark and long-term ambition. They measure the success of strategy execution and are intended to support effective steering across the core stakeholder groups: customers, society, employees, and investors.
