Mauritius | Porsche Centre Mauritius is ushering in a new era of electromobility with the launch of three exceptional models, including the Macan Electric, the new Taycan and the new Panamera 4 E-Hybrid. The big reveal of this innovative trio took place at the Trianon Convention Centre on Wednesday December 11, in an elegant and futuristic setting.
Through this launch, Porsche confirms its commitment to sustainable mobility, combining performance and cutting-edge technologies. Driven by this vision, the brand presented its latest gems on the local market during an evening dedicated to electromobility.

Indeed, a decade after its arrival, the Porsche Macan is now beginning a shift towards electromobility. This iconic model retains its sleek design, its characteristic performance, autonomy designed for everyday life, and great practicality. The Macan Electric range is available in several variants: the Macan 2, the Macan 4, the Macan 4S, and the flagship model, the Macan Turbo, offering options ranging from everyday efficiency to exceptional performance.
The flagship model, the Macan Turbo, delivers 639 horsepower and goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, combining an exceptional driving experience with impressive performance. Alongside it, the Macan 4S Electric offers 509 horsepower and active suspension as standard, while the Macan 4 Electric and Macan Electric develop 408 and 360 horsepower respectively.
All models are equipped with a 100-kWh battery and fast charging in 21 minutes. Each version is designed to adapt to different performance needs, allowing each driver to choose the version that best suits their lifestyle and driving style. The range of the electric Macan varies between 516 and 641km.
The Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid also leaves no one indifferent: this plug-in hybrid sports sedan combines power and technological innovation. Indeed, it has a 3-liter V6 biturbo engine associated with an electric motor, for a combined power of 470 hp and a torque of 650 Nm. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 4, 1 seconds, with a top speed of 280 km/h, and an electric range of up to 96 km thanks to its 25.9 kWh battery.
The other model presented during the evening, the Porsche Taycan facelift, a 100% electric sports sedan, also attracted attention with its distinctive design and advanced technology. The entry-level version develops up to 435 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. The more exclusive Turbo S version develops 952 horsepower and an impressive 1,110 Nm of torque and can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds.
The range on this new Taycan has been greatly improved, and now varies between 550 and 651 km.
