La Reunion | When people imagine a Porsche, it’s usually this one they see. At the end of May, Porsche Centre Réunion proudly unveiled the new 911 GTS T-Hybrid, the very embodiment of thrilling, powerful sports driving for over 60 years, in its 911 Targa 4 GTS version, to the local press and Porsche enthusiasts.

A model of elegance and innovation: The 911 GTS T-Hybrid revealed
Porsche Centre Réunion recently unveiled the all-new 911 GTS T-Hybrid, a model that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation, during an exclusive event. The event, which brought together local journalists, clients, and fans of the brand, featured a press conference followed by an official unveiling in the presence of guests, all set around a refined brunch.
The model was warmly received by both the media and customers, who praised the exceptional design and performance of this 911 Targa 4 GTS Manufaktur version. This new hybrid model, combining raw power and advanced technology, fits perfectly within Porsche’s legacy of success.
“The 911 Targa 4 GTS T-Hybrid embodies both our brand’s heritage and a future-forward vision. It promises an unmatched driving experience while offering top-tier energy efficiency,” said Mr. Bertrand Chartier, Director of Porsche Centre Réunion.

The perfect blend of tradition and innovation
While the hybrid technology sparked curiosity, it was above all the undiminished emotional impact of the 911 that left a lasting impression. The roar of the engine, the bold design, the athletic stance, it’s all there. Far from compromising its legacy, the T-Hybrid takes the 911 further than ever before.
“Porsche is a legend. The 911 is a timeless icon. With every new model, we aim to carry that legacy forward while integrating cutting-edge innovation. The 911 GTS T-Hybrid, with its hybrid engine, is a perfect example of that vision: an exceptional car for an exceptional driving experience,” said Mr. Caillé, CEO of Caillé Group and Porsche Centre Réunion.

Born from Motorsport: The Dupuy-Omarjee Team
Also in attendance at the launch event were Maxime Dupuy and Zakaria Omarjee, the ambassador rally team for Porsche Centre Réunion in the 2025 rally season.
Behind the wheel of their Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (type 911), the team recently claimed victory at the Rallye de Sainte-Suzanne. The duo shared powerful insights into the performance, handling, and pure motorsport DNA of Porsche vehicles.
For them, the 911 GTS T-Hybrid is a natural continuation of this lineage, pushing the boundaries while preserving the unique spirit that makes every Porsche truly exceptional. Their presence underscored the brand’s deep connection to motorsport, forged on the racetracks and winding roads of Reunion Island.
A new chapter for an icon
With the 911 GTS T-Hybrid, Porsche opens a new chapter in its storied history, one of greater efficiency without sacrificing excitement.
Through this event, Porsche Centre Réunion once again demonstrated its commitment to fuelling automotive passion on the island, blending cutting-edge technology, racing heritage, and pure emotion. One thing is certain: the legend lives on.
