Possible changes in the Executive Board

Today, the Executive Committee of the Supervisory Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft authorized the Chairman of the Supervisory Board to enter into discussions with Dr. Oliver Blume, Chairman of the Executive Board, in relation to a mutually agreed early termination of his appointment as member of the Executive Board of Porsche.

Dr. Michael Leiters, former Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Automotive Limited, is available as a potential successor as Chairman of the Executive Board. Negotiations with Dr. Leiters will be initiated. Dr. Blume would continue to serve as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Volkswagen AG.
