Showroom: 911 Carrera GTS
The new 911 Carrera GTS is the first road-legal 911 to feature an especially light performance hybrid engine.
Revolutionary
Performance: Porsche has fundamentally further developed the 911. In addition to the new 911 Carrera, the 911 Carrera GTS is also making its debut as the first road-legal 911 to feature an especially light performance hybrid engine. The newly developed engine with displacement of 3.6 liters (911 Carrera GTS: Fuel consumption* combined (WLTP) 11.0 – 10.5 l/100 km, CO₂ emissions* combined (WLTP) 251 – 239 g/km, CO₂ class G , CO₂ class weighted combined G ) results in significantly improved driving performance. The 911 Carrera GTS Coupé accelerates to 100 kmh in 3.0 seconds and can hit a top track speed of 312 kmh.
Flexible
Chassis: The rear-axle steering that features as standard in the 911 Carrera GTS increases stability at high speeds and reduces the turning circle. The roll stabilization system Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) is incorporated into the performance hybrid’s HV system. Electrohydraulic control makes the system more flexible and more precise. Typical GTS handling is provided by the sport chassis with a variable damper system (PASM) and a ten millimeter lower ride height compared to a standard 911 Carrera.
Aerodynamic
Agile: As all the light functions have been incorporated into the Matrix design LED main headlights as standard for the first time, there are no nose lights. The nose of the GTS model now features five visible, vertically arranged, active cooling air flaps and one concealed flap on each side. These are complemented by adaptive front diffusers in the underbody panels. The elements are controlled together and direct the flow of air as needed.
Digital
Connectivity: The 911 is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster for the first time. The 12.6-inch curved display can be extensively customized and offers up to seven views. The Porsche Driver Experience concept revolves around intuitive, faster operation. Key elements are positioned directly on or around the steering wheel. These include the mode switch, the driver assistance lever, and, as a first in a 911, a start button – naturally, to the left of the steering wheel.
