Soho Farmhouse Food Festival offered a bonanza of flavours to savour, including delicious pizza.

The ultimate gastronomical experience, Soho Farmhouse Food Festival, returned on 23–24 September, with foodies making a pilgrimage to Soho Farmhouse – an offshoot of the international members’ club, nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside – for an unforgettable celebration of the culinary arts.

The sprawling Soho Farmhouse site was packed with trucks and shacks serving up everything from the finest British seasonal dishes to modern Asian fare.

An impressive cast of more than 30 chefs, including Matt Abé (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay), Skye Gyngell (Spring), Asma Khan (Darjeeling Express), Henry Harris (Bouchon Racine) and many more were on hand to provide a wide variety of exciting dishes for guests to sample. Throughout the weekend, these masters of their craft curated unique lunches and dinners, hosted interactive experiences and delivered fascinating live demonstrations.

As official car partner to Soho House, Porsche provided some of the key ingredients that made the weekend such a feast of entertainment for the members in attendance. The Beacon of Dreams Lawn, powered by Porsche, played host to the latest sculpture by British multidisciplinary artist and designer Yinka Ilori, which was created as part of the Soho House ‘Soho Visionaries’. Launched earlier this year, this collaboration between Soho House and Porsche is dedicated to supporting the next generation of creative change-makers. ‘I try to leave imprints of my culture and my heritage through storytelling,’ Ilori says of the striking shell-like structure. ‘When I work with colour, I always try to evoke a sense of memory.’

Porsche gave guests a special treat for the weekend, with chef Graham Hornigold serving up indulgent, customisable finger doughnuts from Longboys, while music played in the Longboys pop-up lounge. A pair of classic Porsche models were also on display for guests to admire: an original 911 Targa, and a 930-generation 911 Carrera 3.0 finished in Guards Red.

Bringing this year’s food festival to a close was a very special three-course dinner created by Sabrina Gidda and Jay Morjaria, who created a vibrant menu celebrating South Asian heritage, presented by Porsche.
