ATLANTA. Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (PFS) has announced three appointments to its executive leadership team: Jonathan Lippert as Vice President, Operations; Joe Pitstick as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Compliance; and Michael Jobst as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. The appointments took effect October 1, 2026.
“Jonnie, Joe and Michael bring valuable experience from across the automotive and financial services industries,” said Nicolas Leduc, President and CEO of Porsche Financial Services. “They each bring a different perspective to the leadership team and share a strong commitment to the people we serve. I’m looking forward to seeing what they accomplish in these roles.”
Jonathan Lippert | Vice President, Operations
Lippert moves into operations after serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Porsche Financial Services. Since joining Porsche in 2014, he has held a variety of roles across its automotive and financial services businesses. He now brings that experience to his new role leading Operations. Before joining Porsche, he worked at national law firms in Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
Joe Pitstick | General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Compliance
Pitstick joined Porsche Financial Services in 2017 and most recently served as Director, Compliance & Business Integrity. His responsibilities included oversight of the PFS Compliance Management System, data protection and information security, internal controls, credit reporting, and fraud and anti-money laundering programs.
Before joining Porsche, he spent more than a decade with BMW Financial Services North America, where he served as Associate General Counsel. Pitstick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history from Kent State University.
Michael Jobst | Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jobst, who joined PFS in 2025 as Vice President of Products and Marketing, now serves as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
Before joining Porsche Financial Services, he served as Global Automotive Lead and Managing Director for the General Motors account at McCann Relationship Marketing. Earlier, he spent more than 17 years at BMW in several leadership positions, including National Marketing Director, in which he led media, content, and digital channels to support sales and strengthen the brand.
