ATLANTA. It is with great sadness that we received the news of Dick Barbour’s passing. His name and career both as a racer and team owner contesting championships in the U.S. and around the world will live on as celebrated chapters in Porsche Motorsport history. Just last month the duo of factory-run Porsche 963 donned tribute liveries to the fan-favorite Apple Computer livery his 935 K3 wore in 1980 at Le Mans. We will look back on his legacy fondly forever.
