DRVN by Porsche creates new pizza available exclusively at Icons of Porsche festival

The only way to taste the new limited-edition pizza from DRVN by Porsche is to visit this year’s Icons of Porsche on November 23-24 at the Dubai Design District.

DRVN by Porsche café has created a brand-new pizza variety that will be available exclusively at its pop-up food stalls at the Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai Design District on 23-24 November 2024.

The Porsche-themed café in Bluewaters Island, Dubai has created the pizza flavour ‘Cayenne Pepper’.

DRVN by Porsche has been a feature of Icons of Porsche since its inception, serving its fine coffee, wood-fired oven pizzas and other delicacies to festival patrons.

“Our special once-only ‘Cayenne Pepper’ pizza made exclusively for Icons of Porsche is a twist on one of our best sellers, the spicy ‘Diavola’ pizza,” said Abdullah Kerba, executive chef at DRVN by Porsche.

“Of course the Diavola relies on Cayenne pepper so we have topped it with mozzarella cheese, spicy salami, stracciatella and a twist with some hot honey. We are excited to have this exclusive pizza available at Icons of Porsche 2024 as we believe that like the Porsche Cayenne, it will also add more variety to our menu and who knows, if it works, the Cayenne Pepper Pizza may become a permanent feature down at DRVN by Porsche.”

More than 10 famous food brands from Dubai on-site at Icons of Porsche
Foodies and car lovers are both covered because the variety and selection of food and beverages on offer at this year’s Icons of Porsche is bigger than ever and is only matched by the mouth-watering display of rare, racing and collectible cars on offer across the two-day festival.

Icons of Porsche is the biggest classic car, arts and culture festival in the Middle East and to cater for this, a variety of outlets will offer a range of cuisines from operators such as DRVN, Pickl, Bonbird, Tacos Los Hermanos, House of Pops, Crumb & Co, 1762, Project Chaiwala, the Sausage Saloon, Allo Beirut and Fibber Magees.

Flying to Texas for the 2022 World Food Championships, Sultan came home with “3rd Best Burger in the World” and no doubt, he hopes to sell out of his now famous Bull Burger at Icons of Porsche.

Tacos Los Hermanos offers authentic Mexican tacos curated by brothers Isaac and Josue from Guadalajara, Mexico. The Mattar Farm has been serving the UAE smoked meats and Texas BBQs since 2005 while those searching for home-made goodness that will keep the calories down will find it at Krave.

Pickl is a locally-born brand that will tempt those who can’t stop chasing a classic or gourmet burger and its sister company Bonbird is also proud to be a Dubai-born brand who has pledged to “make chicken great again”.

DRVN needs no introduction for Porsche enthusiasts who will know its DRVN By Porsche outlet on Bluewaters Island which offers the finest Arabica coffee creations. Mom’s Crepes serves up traditional French crepes with an Arabic twist, letting you mix savoury crepes using Arabic ingredients such as Za’tar and Cheese alongside traditional sweet fillings including chocolate and fruits.

Some of the best delicatessen sandwiches come from Dubai’s own 1762 which started with group of foodies with a simple mission to share great food with great people, while House of Pops offers 100 per cent natural plant-based iced pops from real fruit, rich in fibre. Crumb & Co. is a locally operated small bakery specializing in creative pastries and bakes and Dubai-born Project Chaiwala makes handcrafted blends using high quality tea.
