From the showroom to the speedway, the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge is IMSA’s showcase for high performance sports cars straight from the dealer showroom floor. With modifications permitted only in the area of safety and competition, the Michelin Pilot Challenge is home to the same cars seen on streets and highways around the world every day.
2020 race schedule
The Michelin Pilot Challenge follows a schedule in tandem with the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Florida races in Daytona and Sebring start the series, before traveling to Mid-Ohio, Watkins Glen, Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, Lime Rock, Road America, Laguna Seca, and the finale at Road Atlanta.

The 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport represents pure motorsport. The recipe is well known and proven: lightweight, well-balanced performance. The 385 horsepower mid-engine entry level racer features a modified six-speed Porsche double clutch PDK transmission with shift paddles on the steering wheel and a mechanical rear-axle locking differential and weighs in at just 2,866 pounds.
